ACTION/COMBAT GAME

Overview

This game is a 2D action/combat game where you play as Model N, a robot made by the Restoration Association, in a post apocalyptic world. You as the player has to combat through levels of enemies and immerse yourself in the story.

The concept is that this world is set in a post apocalyptic world where humans can turn into mutated animals/plants. The team wanted to focus on making a game where it allows the player to immerse themselves into the story yet have a engaging time combatting through enemies.

Platform : Mobile/PC           

Game Engine : Unity/C#

Duration : April 2024 - August 2024 (has plans to continue/rework it after graduation)

Team size : 5 (consisting of 2 Programmers and 3 Artists)

Roles/Contributions :

Level Designing : Helped with planning how many enemies should be in each area/map

UI/UX wireframing : Helped with planning the UI/UX for both the mobile/pc version

Programming : Enemy/Boss Ai programmer, combat system, Main gameplay tester, coded door system

SHORT PUZZLE GAME

SHORT PUZZLE GAME

Overview

This game is a short 2D puzzle game where you play as both the Princess and the Roach, where you as the player have to solve various puzzles to aid the princess in escaping.

This is done for a game jam where the theme is opposite unite, which the concept of this is big and small, wanting to play on that theme of the unlikely collaboration of a princess and a cockroach.

Duration : August 2024 (4 days jam)

Team size : 5 (consisting of 2 Programmers and 3 Artists)

Level Designing : Helped with planning what puzzles are in the game

UI/UX wireframing : Helped with planning the UI/UX for the game

Programming : Coded various puzzles in the game

3D TOWER DEFENSE

DESIGNER/PROGRAMMER

3D TOWER DEFENSE

Overview

This game is a 3D Tower Defense game surrounding the Relief Keeper in defending against sea monsters. Players must defend and strategize their upgrades as it can work against them.

(Project currently work in progress)

The concept of this game is that the Relief Keeper took over their predecessor which suddenly went missing. The team hopes to make an engaging tower defense game with stunning visuals which focuses on resource management.

Game Engine : Unity/C#

Duration : October - February 

Team size : 8 (consisting of 3 Programmers and 5 Artists)

Roles/Contributions :

Level Designing : Helped with planning how many enemies should be in each wave/pathing, Did balancing of both the towers and enemies

UI/UX wireframing : Helped with planning the UI/UX 

Programming : Main Wave / Enemy Ai programmer, Main gameplay tester, coded the system for enemy level implementation

3D PUZZLE GAME

3D PUZZLE GAME

This game is a 3D puzzle game where you are a seal (Seaube) where you and your seal friends need to get to the end point while collecting as many fish as possible!

Duration : 2025

Team size : 1 (Solo)

Roles/Contributions :

Art : Did various models, such as the Seaube, crates and some textures

Level Designing : Planning the puzzle

UI/UX wireframing : Planning the UI/UX and implementation

Programming : Swap, Pick up and dialogue mechanics

PET CARE GAME

This game is a 2D pet care game for animal lovers. You as the player will care for various animals in various different rooms with a twist of adventure elements.

Programming : Pet Ais / Interactions, implementations of various UI/UX elements
